Seems to have the same issue as previous versons where
1. start game and let it patch but do not run it
2. you must disable ALL networking ports. LAN, wireless, Hamachi. ALL have to be OFF
3. hit Play and it wont crash
4. re-enable connectivity.

@Alden90 I don't think there is an option for that, im running on an i7 3770k and a 7970 and it seemed to be running just fine.

Just start the "Cube.exe", don't start "CubeLauncher.exe" it should work fine
To play you must
1. Run the launcher once
2. Disable all network adapters by going to Control Panel > Network and Sharing center > Change adapter settings > Disable them all
3. After disabling all adapter, run cube.exe or cubelauncher.exe, Either one works.
4. Once ingame you can enable all adapter again.
5. Play alone or play multiplayer (it works)
6. Enjoy

I unpacked it, ran cube.exe and everything is smooth and well running. No network blocking or anything. haven't tried multiplayer yet.

@Akeerd Yes, I did not crack this, I only know small mounts of programming language. Since i bought the game, my friend asked for the original files, I gave him the files and he said he was going to crack it or find a crack. I told him that once he did just to upload it, and hes used my account to do so. He named the file, i just helped seed at first.

Not to be that guy but if any developer deserved the money it'd be these guys. It's just two dudes I believe and the moment to moment gameplay and incentive become stronger they've created is so much better than 90% of games today.

While trying to connect to adress other than 127.0.0.1 or localhost game freezes for a while then error "Could not connect to server" pops up. Tried forwarding port 12345 and hamachi, same error. Any clues how to get it working?

One question, when I buy the game, I will still have my characters and world?
Well, it loaded once for me, everything worked ok, tried to load it a second time, now it dont work.. I'm blaming the torrent, i didnt change a thing to cause it to stop working.
on a side note, this game in my opinion isn't very fun. why are such cheesey games making a comeback..

@Codai, Ya I do think the developers deserve the the money, But i cant buy the game through Paypal. Once they put it on steam or except Visa/master card, then I will buy the game. I just could not wait to play the game :3

On the actual game, I wanted to try it out first before buying, and I will not regret buying this. A spectacular game so far, for only being in Alpha.

You don't need to disable the adapters, just block the launcher in firewall settings (BEFORE playing for the first time) and start the game from the launcher.

@wagdadog, If this included a bitcoin miner then the file would need to be a lot bigger. You would need the blocks to mine. And I can tell you its not one.
I got multiplayer to work with hamachi!
It's very simple.
Just be in the same network as your friend whos hosting, and connect to their ipv4 hamachi address.
To host a server, just run server.exe!
server.cfg is the world seed for the server.

@hax99 - well the other installer of cube world from pirate bay has it, it install a bitcoin miner that's why my internet and pc slowdown, i'm glad the antivirus request if I will run it...

Guys maybe somebody can help me with with setting up a Lan game: when I start my own server and when we both (me and my friend) connect to it everything in game lags as hell so we have installed hamachi but could anyone give a detailed guide on how to host a game with hamachi. What we been trying to do: 1.activate hamachi 2.join to the same server in hamachi 3. go into game - and??? what to do next ? Do we need to host game in Multiplayer or Singleplayer to play on Lan (I noticed if I host game on multiplayer it get saved in singleplayer map list after I quit) What should do the guy who want to connect to me? clock on "connect to the server" ? it sounds strange because when I host on Lan i dont create a server so it seems not right... please explain me if somebody have already experienece on this issue. I had the multiplayer working earlier without hamachi, though when he released the new launcher it seems to mess with this version now, causing the program to freeze up at least for me. i had to block the program through my firewall.
okay so before running this game, block cubelauncher.exe through your firewall a patch was released on 7/6 that i think patches part of the crack that this uses, because after the patch came out i started it up and it froze after a few seconds.

Great torrent! got it working via JohnnyVonRoe's guide. You also need to first disconnect all network adapters before running it for the FIRST TIME only. :)

Am I supposed to be surrounded by blue fog? I launched it once and there was no fog and I could see everything around, but when I restarted it, I was surrounded by the fog and every 20 steps or so it would put me in the please wait screen

I downloaded this but I don't know how to extract the files or anything, can anyone write a guide? I've never done this sort of thing and I want to try this before I buy it.
@xDrkRzrx: Unlike most games, there does not seem to be a listing number for each patch. The patch is not named anything like 0.1 or 1.32. Its just "patch". You should be able to copy your save folder over to another version, but I do not know the dates or versions of the patches also I don't know where to find the them. They are updated through the launcher so Its harder find the patches. Unlike mine craft the patches are not names so its a pain in the ass. AND the servers are down so I can not even get the files.
@maxitack: If you have an Intel laptop or desktop and dont have a GPU then you might have this problem, turn all the settings down and render distance to 70%. then just give it a minute to start loading the game and the fog should go away. The next update should fix the problem with Intel GPUs.

4) The file you downloaded should become a rar file.
5) right click on the file and hit "extract to"
Find a folder to extract the file (make a new folder somewhere)
6) after extracting the file, open the folder you put it in and run the Cube.exe
Thats all you need to do, enjoy :)

Whenever I start the game, it says it cannot initialize Direct3D and closes. It doesn't seem like anyone else has this problem.

I'm having the issue with the loading screen staying on. I can here myself moving and fighting, i think i even killed something, and got killed another time, but the loading screen wont go away.

@DeadlyAttraction: Try running the cube.exe as administrator, or restart your comp if you didn't after installing direct x. Also are you using Windows 8? there might be a problem with that.
@Blacker.Death.Metal: If you are using a Intel gpu the game wont work. They do not support Intel GPUs as of now.
@hax99: actually they DO support intel GPU now. It's in the new patch. But unfortunately, you can't download the patch without the new launcher (cubesetup3.exe) that required legitimate account.
Now if only someone here that already managed to buy the game can upload the new files, that would be great.

@Chaze007 I did not crack the game completely, my friend was teaching me how XD but ill ask him if he will crack it. I would put it on the pirate bay and just name it (not cracked) im sure someone else will crack is sooner.

@NecroFile, MP works, I have been playing with 3 other people on a server (It is weird though how you set up your worlds and character, i Hope they make it easier later) But just use one of the tutorials in the comment section.

if that's the case then you need the new patch released by the developer. But unfortunately, you can't acquire it if you don't buy the game.

Guys I torrented this game because I couldn't buy it. please support this game if you like it and buy it. The dev's have worked so hard and an indie game deserves to be supported.
I am just here to let people know, I bought the game even before this release came out.
Cube World is way over hyped, at it's best it's a very generic RPG with almost nothing else to do right now besides grinding for levels.
There is a clear lack of direction, support and design here. They have plans for the FUTURE to have more content, but as of right now, this game is pretty much crap.
I know it's Alpha (do I care?). It's still not that great of a game as is and around $20.00 USD, it's currently not worth the price.
All it is, is trying to leech off of the "cube-ism" fad of indie gaming right now and doesn't break any new boundaries in games in general.
Indie games do not "deserve" to be supported, they have to earn support and as far as I feel so far, this game lacks any reason to actually back the developers.

Game starts fine. When I enter a world it gets stuck in the "Please Wait" blue loading screen. I can play normally, hear enemies hitting me (and the damage indicator thingies) but I can't see anything but the blue loading screen. :(
I'm grabbing this for now, but as soon as I can I'll buy this.

Considering indie developers put their own time and money in to the projects they work on yeah, they deserve to be supported if you like the game. and cube world is a good game right now its lacking full details but it is a good fun game
@giogimic, key phrase there "if you like the game". Everyone deserves to be supported "if you like the game", indie developer or not. Kue obviously didn't. And he's right; until the game shows signs of improvement or actually proves themselves apart and does something unique the game is certainly not worth 20 bux.

Well unfortunately, pirating is about the only way to demo games these days. Nobody wants to release a polished demo because it takes work and time and don't want people to realize the game might not be all its cracked up to be either. I support paying developers for their hard work but with how easy it is to get burned by game companies these days, I feel it should be a right to at least test aspects of a game before you put down any money. I did the same thing with Minecraft, cracked version, played for a few days and then I bought it from Mojang, they earned the money.

I had never heard of this fucking game prior to seeing it on the top of the Seed/Leach charts here on TPB. I had no opinion on the merit's of it's existence one way or another.
